N2 FREEWAY ROUTE VIA HIGGINSON HIGHWAY

From North Coast, get onto the N3 towards Pietermaritzburg and at the Spaghetti Junction take the N2 offramp heading towards Port Shepstone (do not take the M7 Queensburgh/Bluff offramp)

From Upper Highway/Inland, get onto the N3 towards Durban and at the Spaghetti Junction take the N2 offramp heading towards Port Shepstone

From the South Coast, get onto the N2 heading past old airport (do not take M4 turnoff/offramps)

Once you're on the N2, continue until you reach the Higginson Highway/Chatsworth M1 offramp

Take Higginson Highway/Chatsworth M1 offramp and at the traffic lights turn towards Mobeni/South Coast Road and then keep left. Just after the Engen garage you'll be turning sharp left into Alamein Avenue

At the three large circles you encounter, keep taking the second exits to continue straight up the hill along Alamein until you reach Kenyon Howden Road

Turn left onto Kenyon Howden and follow it through another large circle (take third exit to keep on it) and over the bridge that spans the N2 into Yellowwood Park.

At first small circle at entrance to Yellowwood Park, keep straight following Kingfisher (which then becomes Sunbird) You’ll pass a large white and grey community hall on your left

Keep to the left and at next circle take second exit into Thrush Avenue

When you reach the T-Junction with Coedmore Avenue, turn left

Travel down Coedmore Avenue a short way until you see the gates of CROW (Centre for Rehab of Wildlife) up ahead. Just before CROW, the road veers right and becomes Starling Avenue.

Follow Starling Avenue all the way through until you reach the T-Junction of Starling and Wren Way.

Turn right into Wren Way and continue along until you hit an S-bend in the road.

As you take the second bend to the right, on your left will be the entrance to a large piece of park land and our driveway down to the stable curving away to the left.
COEDMORE / BELLAIR BACK ROADS ROUTE
(NOT AVAILABLE AT PRESENT AS COEDMORE BRIDGE WAS WASHED AWAY IN APRIL 2022 DURING FLOODS - CONSTRUCTION OF NEW BRIDGE IS UNDERWAY RIGHT NOW, DUE TO FINISH DECEMBER 2024)

Once you're on the N2, look out for and take the Queensburgh / Bluff offramp (M7).

At bottom of the offramp turn towards the Bluff, travelling along Edwin Swales Drive (M7)

At first set of robots after offramps (intersection Bellair / Wakesleigh)

Turn right into Wakesleigh Road (M10) keeping to the left lane.

Directly after the large church on your left, veer left into Cliffview Road

Follow this road as it winds up the hill.

At the T-Junction of Cliffview and Sarnia Road turn left into Sarnia (M5)

You will pass through one set of robots, which are a pedestrian crossing next to a shopping centre.

At the second set of main robots, turn right into Coedmore Road, crossing over a railway line.

Follow Coedmore Road through the cement quarry until you cross the Coedmore bridge over the river into Yellowwood Park. Coedmore Road then becomes Coedmore Avenue.

Continue to follow this Coedmore Avenue for quite a way until you see the gates of CROW (Centre for Rehab of Wildlife) up ahead.
